Here’s how to use it:

Visit the FantasyPros Start/Sit Assistant Page: Go to the FantasyPros website and navigate to the Start/Sit Assistant tool.

Enter Your Players: Input the players you’re considering for your lineup.

Select Experts: Choose your favorite experts or use the default experts provided by FantasyPros.

Submit Your Lineup: Submit your lineup to get recommendations based on expert rankings.
This tool uses rankings from over 100 top fantasy experts, customized to your league.

How does the Start/Sit Assistant work?
The Start/Sit Assistant gives you an optimal starting lineup based on expert rankings for a given day or week. You can select your favorite experts or use our default experts and submit your lineup to your league’s host right from our tool. The submit lineup feature is exclusive to MVP, HOF, and GOAT subscribers.
If you disagree with our experts, you can manually swap out players yourself using the Edit Lineup feature.
Our multi-league mode allows you to view all of your lineup recommendations (or make changes yourself) for all of your synced leagues, on one screen. You can then submit those lineups to their respective league hosts, all with a couple clicks (MVP/HOF/GOAT feature).
What does the Matchup Star Rating mean?
The Matchup Star Rating shows how a specific position performs against the team they are facing.
- 1-2 Stars = Players perform worse than their average against this specific team
- 3 Stars = Players perform close to their average against this specific team
- 4-5 Stars = Players perform better than their average against this specific team
The Start/Sit Assistant will work with all imported leagues, however, the Start/Sit Assistant Submit Lineup button will only work with supported leagues.
