Fanexpocanada Activate : How do I activate my badge for FAN EXPO Canada?

Visit fanexpocanada.com/activate from your mobile device or computer. Enter your activation code found on the left side at the bottom of the back of your badge and complete the questions.

PROTECT YOUR BADGE!

Your RFID badge is individual and personalized to your ticket through a unique microchip. If you run into an issue with your badge, please visit our customer service booth.

Remember that your badge is non-refundable and non-transferable. If your activated badge is lost or damaged, you can get a new one for $5 at the customer service booth. Only activated badges can be replaced if lost.

How do I activate my badge for FAN EXPO Canada?

FAN EXPO has equipped your badge with the amazing powers of a state-of-the-art RFID (radio Frequency Identification) chip! The RFID tag has already been attached to your badge and allows us to fight counterfeiting and make sure that every badge is valid for entry to FAN EXPO Portland. By activating your badge, you are protecting it if it is lost or stolen.

To activate your badge:

1. Visit fanexpocanada.com/activate from your mobile device or computer.
2. Enter your activation code found on the left side at the bottom of the back of your badge and complete the questions.
3. Tap your badge at the entry and exit points.

Attendees who have redeemed and activated their badges can proceed directly to the Re-Entry Entrance.

Note: We are able to replace lost or stolen badges only if they are registered to you. Please note a $5 fee will be charged for deactivating and replacing badges. Any badges which have been damaged or tampered with will not be replaced by FAN EXPO Portland.

Tickets will also be available for purchase at our Box Office at the show, subject to availability. The best way to guarantee a ticket is to purchase online in advance.

VIP, Ultimate Fan and Saturday Family Packages are only available in advance, while supplies last.
