Where can I buy the Disney Gift Card ?
A Disney Gift Card can be purchased at select locations throughout the Walt Disney World® Resort, Disneyland® Resort, Disney store locations in the US, Canada and Puerto Rico and shopDisney.
Unless otherwise noted, please allow up to 10 business days for delivery of physical Disney Gift Cards purchased from shopDisney.com. For a quicker delivery option, a Disney Gift Card eGift can be emailed to any valid email address. You may purchase a Disney Gift Card eGift here.
Disney Gift Cards are also available for purchase at major retailers nationwide.
Can I reload my Disney Gift Card?
Yes! A Disney Gift Card can be reloaded for any amount between $5 – $1,000 provided the total gift card balance does not exceed $1,000. A Disney Gift Card can be reloaded at any Disney location that sells Disney Gift Cards. Online reloads are not available at this time.
How do I check my balance on my card?
Check your balance here or call the toll free number on the back of your Disney Gift Card.
From anywhere, anytime, you can check the balance of your Gift Card.
Most Disney Gift Cards allow funds to be transferred to another Disney Gift Card by logging into DisneyGiftCard.com and visiting My Cards. You will need the 16-digit account number, and 4- or 8-digit EAN (or Security Code) from each Disney Gift Card to add to My Cards. Select the card you wish to transfer the other cards’ funds to, select ‘Transfer Funds to This Card’ and follow the on-screen prompts.
Note that only full balance transfers can be processed up until $1,000. The maximum value for a Disney Gift Card is $1,000. Partial balance transfers are not available. Depending on where the cards were originally purchased and activated, some cards may not be eligible for transferring funds.
To check the recent transaction history of your card, simply visit My Cards on DisneyGiftCard.com. Once cards are added, select the specific card and select Transaction History to view the most recent transactions that have occurred on that card.
How do I check the balance on my Disney Gift Card that does not have a 4 or 8-digit security code or EAN?
For gift cards without a security code or EAN, gift card holders can call the telephone number, located on the back of the Disney Gift Card, to obtain the balance. As a reminder, Disney Gift Cards without a security code or EAN cannot be used to make online purchases or accessed on DisneyGiftCard.com.
