directv.com/accountoverview : Log in at directv.com to manage your account
There are three main areas in your directv.com account at directv.com/accountoverview : Account Overview, Billing & Payments, and Profile. Learn more about each section and where to go for key account related updates or changes.
Overview
– Provides a general snapshot of your account. From here, you can:
- See your current account balance, view your bill, and make payments
- Review your current programming package, make programming package changes, and add or remove premiums and sports channel options
- Review your equipment details, refresh your receiver, add a new remote or receiver, view your orders and service call history, and troubleshoot equipment
- Link to Support Center for any additional info about your service & troubleshooting error codes and messages
Billing & Payments
– From this tab, you can:
- Make a payment, view current billing statement, and review up to 24 months of previous bills
- Update paperless billing & automatic payment settings
Profile
– Your contact info lives here. In this area, you can:
- Change your user ID
- Change your password
- Change your contact email address
- Update contact phone number
- Manage privacy preferences

Create a directv.com account and sign in
If you already have a directv.com account, sign in to manage your account. You can view and pay bills, make changes to your service, update your account profile, and much more.
Heads up: If you were assigned a myAT&T user ID when you signed up for DIRECTV service, you don’t need to create a directv.com account. To create a user ID for directv.com:
- Go to Create your directv.com account.
- Select your service type: DIRECTV via Satellite or DIRECTV via Internet/STREAM.
- Enter the required info for your account type.
- Select Next.
- Enter a password, follow additional prompts, and Submit.
Tip: You’ll use this same user ID and password to stream on the DIRECTV App.
How to make a DIRECTV bill payment
Pay DIRECTV bill online at directv.com
- Go to Billing & Payments.
- To make a one-time payment in the Amount area, enter how much you would like to pay.
- Then choose a payment type: Credit or Debit Card or Checking Account. If your payment info is stored from a previous transaction, you may continue or select a different payment method.
- Follow the prompts to process payment.
Pay DIRECTV by phone
- Call 888.476.0189 and say “make a payment” when prompted to pay using our automated system.
- When making a payment with an agent a one-time processing fee of $5 may apply.
Pay by USPS mail
Send a check or money order in the pre-addressed envelope included with your monthly statement. If you don’t have the pre-addressed envelope, mail your payment (including your 9-digit DIRECTV account number) to:
