To view and pay your DIRECTV bill online, follow these steps:

Log in to Your DIRECTV Account:
- Visit the DIRECTV Login page.
- Sign in using your user ID and password.
- Once logged in, you can access various features, including watching TV online, paying bills, upgrading services, adding premiums, and getting personalized support.

- If you already have a directv.com account, sign in to manage your account.
- You can view and pay bills, make changes to your service, update your account profile, and more.

During the registration process, you would have either created a new user ID/password, or you would have linked an existing AT&T account to your DIRECTV STREAM.
- If you linked an existing account, you will use that account’s user ID/password on the DIRECTV STREAM sign in screen
- If you created a new user ID/password, enter that information on the DIRECTV STREAM sign in screen.

If you didn’t create a user ID or can’t find the registration email, go to att.com/mylogin and select Create one now.
If you already have a user ID, here’s how to retrieve it:
- Go to att.com/mylogin
- Select Forgot user ID
- Follow the prompts to find your user ID
How do I view and pay my bill online?
To view billing statements
- Go to Billing & Payments.
- Select View Bill for a list of billing statements to review.
Heads up: There are up to 24 months of statements available online and you may print or download them.
To make a payment online
- Go to Billing & Payments.
- Enter the desired amount for your payment.
- Select either Checking account or Credit Card for payment method.
- For Checking – enter your bank’s routing number and checking account number.
- For Credit Card – use an existing card on file or select Use a different card.
- Review your information and select Make Payment to complete.
Heads-Up: Check the Recent Activity section for any recent account activity.

Pay DIRECTV bill online at directv.com
- Go to Billing & Payments.
- To make a one-time payment in the Amount area, enter how much you would like to pay.
- Then choose a payment type: Credit or Debit Card or Checking Account. If your payment info is stored from a previous transaction, you may continue or select a different payment method.
- Follow the prompts to process payment.
Pay by phone
- Call 844.359.8055 and say “make a payment” when prompted to pay using our automated system.
- When making a payment with an agent a one-time processing fee of $5 may apply.
Pay by SMS text message
- Text PAY to 21880 – or text BAL for your account balance.
- Reply 1 to confirm your account.
- If a credit/debit card is on file, you can proceed with the payment.
- If not on file, enter credit/debit card info when prompted.
Heads up: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover are accepted.
Pay by USPS mail
Send a check or money order in the pre-addressed envelope included with your monthly statement. If you don’t have the pre-addressed envelope, mail your payment (including your 9-digit DIRECTV account number) to:

Pay bill in person
To pay your bill with cash or money order in person, visit any of the following authorized payment partners for more info:
- CheckFreePay.com
- WesternUnion.com
- MoneyGram.com
- EasyPayFinance.com
Enroll in paperless billing
- Go to Billing & Payments.
- Select Settings. (If you don’t see Settings, select Manage Account.)
- Choose Enroll Now under Paperless Billing.
- Review the Terms & Conditions and select Enroll in Paperless Billing. You’ll receive an email confirming your enrollment.
