To activate a Cricket eSIM, Purchase a Cricket Wireless plan online or through their customer service. You’ll receive a QR code via email or in your online account.
Follow these steps:
1. Check compatibility: Make sure your device is eSIM compatible and supported by Cricket Wireless. You can use Cricket’s compatibility checker tool on their website to confirm.
2. Order eSIM: Purchase a Cricket Wireless plan online or through their customer service. During the order process, select eSIM as your preferred SIM type.
3. Receive QR code: You’ll receive a QR code via email or in your online account. This code contains the information needed to activate your eSIM.
4. Scan QR code: Open your device’s settings and go to the Cellular or Mobile Data section. Look for an option to add a cellular plan or scan a QR code.
5. Follow prompts: Scan the QR code with your device’s camera. Your device will connect to Cricket’s network and download the eSIM profile. Follow any on-screen prompts to complete the activation process.

How to Pay with a Credit or Debit Card
- Enter the phone number for the account you want to pay.
- Enter the amount you want to pay in the Your Payment field.
- Enter your credit or debit card information.
- Agree to the Terms and Conditions.
- Review your payment information. If you are satisfied with your payment information, select Submit Payment. Otherwise, select Edit to change your payment amount, then Submit Payment.
- You’ll see a payment confirmation screen. Keep the confirmation number for your records. We’ll also send a text to confirm your payment.
How to Pay with a Cricket Refill Card
- Enter the phone number for the account you want to pay
- Select the blue arrow to the right of Cricket Refill Card
- Enter your Refill Card number
- Select Validate
- Review your secure payment information. If you are satisfied with your payment information, select Submit Payment. Otherwise, select Edit to change your payment amount, then Submit Payment.
- You’ll see a payment confirmation screen. Keep the confirmation number for your records. We’ll also send a text to confirm your payment.
