How to check the balance on your Costco Shop Card
To check the balance on your Costco Shop Card, you have a few options:

- Visit the Costco Shop Card Balance page on the Costco website: https://www.costco.com/costco-shop-card
- Enter your card number and PIN.
- Click “Check Balance.”

- Visit any Costco warehouse and ask a cashier to check the balance for you.

- Call Costco Customer Service at 1-800-774-2678 and provide your card information.
Please note that you cannot check the balance of other retailer & restaurant gift cards purchased at Costco through Costco’s website or customer service. You will need to contact the specific retailer or restaurant directly to inquire about the balance on those cards.
