Beyond Wonderland is an accessible event, and we are dedicated to continually improving our efforts to ensure you have access to all the event amenities. We welcome and encourage all feedback and suggestions from our patrons. The following explains the services provided this year. For any accessibility-related questions please contact us. We will do our best to assist you and address your accessibility needs.
Wristband activation ensures a smooth process when entering the festival each day and allows you to add emergency contact information to your wristband. All you need to do is enter your wristband ID number (located on the inside of your wristband) and contact info to activate.
Register For Cashless
Cashless is the easiest way for you to pay for food, drinks, merch and more – with the tap of your wrist. Here’s how it works:
1. Register your wristband in advance. Link your account with PayPal, Venmo or any credit card to your wristband.
2. Then set a required PIN for security.
3. Now you’re registered for Cashless too.
4 . Once you’re at the fest, just order at any bar or vendor location displaying the Cashless logo, and let them know you are paying with your wristband.
5. Then tap your wristband, enter your PIN, and go.
Activate or Edit Your Beyond Wonderland Wristband
1. Locate the 7-digit Item ID on your festival wristband
2. Enter it into the field below to get started with your wristband activation
3. Already activated? Enter your activated Item ID into the field on the page activation.frontgatetickets.com to review and update your wristband details.

When will I receive my wristband(s)?
Tickets will begin shipping closer to the event. If you have not received your tickets within one week of the event, please contact Front Gate Tickets.
The best way to avoid ticket fraud is to buy directly from Front Gate. If you buy resale tickets, we advise you to get them only from trusted friends. DO NOT purchase from scalpers. If you arrive at the venue with an illegitimate ticket, you will be turned away, and no refund will be provided.
During the days leading up to the festival, set times will be posted via this site, our social media sites, the Insomniac app, and email updates (sign up for emails at the bottom of this page). Set times will also appear on the festival guide you receive upon entry. Note: The lineup is subject to change.
ACCESSIBILITY SERVICES KIOSK
Please Note: You must stop here to get your ADA wristband credential.
There will be an Accessibility Services kiosk conveniently located inside the venue. At this location, you can:
- Get your ADA wristband credential
- Get your ADA questions answered
- Learn about our accessibility services
Wristband Policies
- ADA wristbands are good for the whole weekend
- DO NOT remove your wristband for the entire duration of the event
- One companion wristband will be issued for each disabled patron
- If a disabled guest wants to switch their companion, please bring the old companion wristband to the Accessibility Services kiosk to be reissued
