Bet 24 Hour Pass Login : How does the Bet 24 hour pass work?
You can sign up for the free 24 Hour Pass on Bet 24 website. When you try to access unlocked content, you can choose “Start a 24-hour pass” instead of signing in to a TV provider.
If you experience playback issues or need to sign out, clear the browser cache and sign in again.
The 24-Hour Pass works only on the website, not the app. There is no way to reset the password, cancel the pass, or reset the pass if it stops working. It will expire automatically.
How do I watch Live TV on the app?
Under “See What’s On Now,” tap “Watch Live.” On the website, choose “Watch Live TV’ on the menu.
Choose your provider’s logo, or tap “View All Providers” to search by the provider name.
Sign in on the TV provider’s login page
The TV provider account must have the channel to unlock all content. You will not be able to sign in if you cannot find your provider in the list, do not have the channel subscription, or have an internet-only or cellular-only account. You can still watch the unlocked episodes and video clips without signing in, but you will not be able to watch Live TV
If you have the channel but see an error message that you do not have access to it, reset the app or browser, then sign in while connected to cellular data. You may return the device to Wi-Fi once correctly signed in
What can I do if Live TV is not working?
Update the device’s operating system and verify that there is at least 2 GB free storage space available. Delete the app, restart the device, and reinstall the app. If you are watching on the website, clear the cache, and restart the web browser.
You will need to sign in to a participating TV provider account to unlock Live TV.
Under “See What’s On Now,” tap “Watch Live.” On the website, choose “Watch Live TV’ on the menu.
If you are seeing unexpected content (not matching the schedule), the error is caused by a discrepancy in the time setting of the network to which your device is connected. The app can only show the feed based on the time zone information your network connection provides
If you are using a VPN (Virtual Private Network), please disable it to see if that helps. If you are on a cellphone, you can use mobile data (or switch to Wi-Fi if you are currently using mobile)
If these troubleshooting steps do not fix the error, please reach out to your internet service provider to troubleshoot the network connection, or plan to watch Live TV based on the time offset you are experiencing.
Please note, at this time, Live TV streaming via AirPlay or Chromecast is not available. The HDMI connection is also not available for any content.
For Live TV problems viewing on your TV, please contact your TV provider directly for further assistance.
