Activate Fidelity Debit Card HSA
To activate your new Fidelity Debit Card HSA, download the Fidelity® Mobile app, or navigating to the Manage debit cards page fidelitydebitcard.com. You will need to enter the 3-digit security code located on the back of your card to activate.
New and updated PINs can be used immediately after they have been successfully submitted. You can change your PIN once a day.
The Fidelity® Debit Card is an ATM/debit card that charges no annual fee. Use the card for any purchases where Visa is accepted and withdraw cash at ATMs worldwide wherever you see the Visa, Plus®, or Star® logos. The amount of the purchase will be withdrawn from your Available to Withdraw balance, and the debit will be posted to your Fidelity account within five business days.
Activate Fidelity online account
Visit Fidelity.com or call 800.323.5353 to activate and establish your PIN before using your new card. Don’t forget to activate your card before trying to use it.

Go to the www.Fidelity.com webpage
Click on the “Open an account” button.
A list of accounts would appear on your screen.
Select “Open Now” under the preferred account type.
On the “Are you already a Fidelity Customer” screen, choose “No”.
After reading the instructions you get, click “Next”.
Enter some personal details about yourself.
Then, enter your correspondence details.
After entering these details, choose “Next”
Now, create a username and password for your account
Provide the details of the beneficiary and set up your saving goals
Start transferring the money to your account
1) You can request a new debit card online if you have a brokerage, cash management account with individual or joint owners, a health savings account or a youth account.
2) Each account owner may have a card.
3) Note: We will only issue one card per account owner.
4) Only the HSA account owner can order additional debit cards for a spouse and/or eligible dependents.
