You can activate Chick Fil A Gift Card by login into www.chick-fil-a.com/egiftcards and enter the card details on the page or Open your Chick-fil-A App, or download the app and create a Chick-fil-A One® account to get started.
Physical gift cards can be purchased in any amount between $5 and $100 at most Chick-fil-A restaurant locations and at many of the places you shop every day, like grocery stores, pharmacies and other large retailers. Guests can redeem their gift card in the restaurant or by adding funds to their Chick-fil-A App.

How do I check my balance on a Chick-fil-A gift card?
You may check the balance on your Chick-fil-A gift card in one of the following ways:
- By checking your receipt. When you use a Chick-fil-A gift card to pay for a purchase, the balance will print out at the bottom of the Chick-fil-A receipt.
- By calling 1-888-232-1864 and entering the appropriate card information.
- By visiting a Chick-fil-A Restaurant that accepts Chick-fil-A gift cards and having a Team Member perform a balance inquiry.
In addition, you can reload Chick-fil-A gift cards that were purchased in a Chick-fil-A restaurant.
How do I redeem rewards with a mobile order?
To redeem a reward when placing an order in the Chick-fil-A app, select “Rewards,” and then “My rewards.” Click “Redeem reward” and follow the prompts to add the item to your mobile order. It will be listed as “free” at checkout and be redeemed automatically. You do not have to purchase any additional items to redeem a free reward. You may choose to “redeem later” by moving the toggle on the checkout screen. If you accidentally redeem a reward, it cannot be re-added to your account. Rewards are redeemable for only one of the specified entrée or a la carte menu items listed under the reward.
