How can I activate a gift card?
1. Go to the following link to redeem the activation code: www.medici.tv/gift-card/activation
2. Enter the code you received by email (example: R12ACYP48BILQK9K)
3. Choose the email address that you will use to log in to your account. If you already have a medici.tv guest account, you’ll be asked to log in first. If you’re new to medici.tv, you’ll be prompted to create one!
Please note that it is not possible to activate a gift card if you have an active monthly or annual subscription; a gift card can only be activated on a free account.
Can I activate a gift card if I already have a subscription?
If you are currently an active subscriber but would like to switch to a gift card, you’ll need to:
- First unsubscribe from your current subscription.
- Then, wait until the end of the subscription period you’ve already paid for.
- Once your subscription has ended and you are switched to a free guest account, you’ll be able to activate your gift card.
How do I log into Roku if I am already a subscriber?

N.B.: If you are already subscribed to medici.tv, do not subscribe directly from the Roku app; this may create a duplicate subscription.
What devices can I use to watch medici.tv?

You can access our films on all Internet-ready devices (PC, laptop, tablet or mobile device) equipped with a web browser. For browser access, we recommend using Google Chrome or Safari, but you can also use Firefox, Internet Explorer (version 11 or higher) or Edge. For iOS app users, we recommend using iOS 11 or higher.
In addition, we recommend an Internet connection with a data rate of 6MB/s or higher. For lower quality video or on mobile devices, a connection of at least 1 MB/s is required.
How can I watch medici.tv via AirPlay?
If you have an Apple TV (or an AirPlay 2-compatible Smart TV), you can watch all of medici.tv’s videos directly on your TV screen using your iPhone, iPad (via our iOS app), or Mac computer.
In our iOS app (iPhone or iPad), follow these steps:
- Launch the medici.tv application and begin watching a video.
- You will see an AirPlay icon
at the bottom right-hand corner of the video player. N.B.: This icon will only appear when an AirPlay-enabled device is available! - Click the AirPlay icon and choose your AirPlay destination.

How do I watch medici.tv on my TV with Chromecast?
If you have a Chromecast connected to your TV, you can cast any of medici.tv’s videos directly from your tablet, smartphone, or Google Chrome browser.
When you begin watching a video, the Chromecast icon 
appears on the video player. Click on it and select your device to begin streaming to your Chromecast!
How to watch medici.tv on TV?
Our videos can be viewed on any Chromecast-connected TV using the Google Chrome browser or our iOS app.

How do I unsubscribe?
- Log in to your medici.tv account on a computer.
- Go to your Subscription page at this link: https://www.medici.tv/account/subscription
- In the Subscription details section, click Unsubscribe.
After you unsubscribe, you will still have access to all our videos until the end of your current subscription, but your plan will not renew at that time. As specified in our terms and conditions (article 10), no refunds will be granted for time remaining on a canceled plan.

*For Roku users : Subscribers who signed up via our Roku mobile app can unsubscribe through Roku.
