To Activate WE Fest Wristband, find your code. On the inside of your wristband, you will find an 8-digit activation/registration code or Item ID.

Step-by-Step Wristband Activation

1. Visit the official activation page: wefest.com/wristband-activation

   • Go to the Wristband Activation section on the WE Fest website wefest.com/wristband-activation.

2. Locate your 8-digit activation code:

   • This unique Item ID is printed on the inside of your wristband.

3. Register your wristband:

   • On the activation page, click “Let’s Get Started!” and follow the prompts to enter your Item ID and register your wristband.

4. Optionally register for cashless payments:

   • After registration, you’ll get a link to sign up for Cashless Payment. This can be done via billfold.app if you prefer to do it ahead of the festival, or at physical terminals on-site.

5. Load money or link your payment method:

   • You can either link a credit/debit card (or mobile payment like Apple Pay/Google Wallet) for seamless spending, or load cash onto the wristband at RFID Cashiers. Note: cash is not accepted at regular vendors.

6. Refund for unused cash:

   • If you added cash to your wristband but didn’t spend it, you can get a refund onsite:

     • Before 11 pm: Visit the same tent where you loaded the cash.

     • Sunday morning: Head to the Ranch House from 9 am – 12 pm for assistance.

Important Tips & Reminders

• Register ASAP: It protects your wristband in case of loss—it becomes unusable by others and cannot be replaced unless you’re the purchaser or registrant.

• Do not put the wristband on until you’re ready: Once worn, it can’t be removed without damage.

• Transfers must be pre-registered: If someone else will use the wristband, they must register it under their name during activation. Otherwise, it may not be replaced if lost.
