📱 If You Still Have Access to Your Old Device

🔒 If You Don’t Have the Old Device (Broken, Lost, or Wiped)

1. Attempt to sign in using another available MFA method, such as SMS, email, or a security key. On the Okta sign-in page, choose “Verify with something else” or “Use another method”.
