Activating your SIM card is easy. Activation should take around 15 minutes but occasionally it may take up to 48 hours. Simply go to our activation page and follow the prompt to activate your service.

1. Go to the Catch Connect activation page: You can find the activation page on the Catch Connect website. Look for a link that says “Activate” or “Activate my SIM.”
2. Enter your SIM card details: You’ll need to enter your SIM card number, which you can find on the SIM card itself or on the packaging it came in.
3. Follow the prompts: The activation page will guide you through the rest of the process, which may include choosing a plan, setting up your account, and entering your personal details.
4. Wait for activation: Activation should take around 15 minutes, but in some cases, it may take up to 48 hours.

How do I transfer my number to Catch Connect?
To transfer your number to Catch Connect:
- Head to Catch Connect app or activate page and have your new Catch Connect SIM & your credit or debit card details handy
- Select ‘Keep Your Number’ and enter your mobile number
- Authorise the transfer with the six-digit code we send you via SMS
- After you’ve confirmed everything, we’ll do the rest for you
Note: Please remember to keep your number active with your current service provider until the transfer has been completed. Once your number has switched over to Catch Connect, your current service will be disconnected.
