Activating a new Straight Talk phone
To activate a New Straight Talk phone, go to www.straighttalk.com/Activate. You’ll be prompted to enter your phone’s information, SIM card details, and choose a service plan.
1. Gather your information:

- Phone’s IMEI/MEID/Serial Number: This is usually found on the phone’s packaging or in the phone’s settings.
- SIM card: This should have come with your phone or service plan.
- Service PIN: If you purchased a Straight Talk service plan card.
- Payment information: If you plan to buy a service plan online.

Reactivating an existing Straight Talk phone:

Select “Reactivate”: Choose the option to reactivate your phone with an existing or new number.

Enter your information: You’ll be asked for your phone number and possibly other details to verify your account.

Choose a service plan: You’ll need to add a service plan by entering a Service Card PIN or purchasing a plan with a credit/debit card.

Complete the reactivation: Follow the remaining prompts to reactivate your service.
Important Notes:
- Reactivation Time Limit: You can usually reactivate your Straight Talk phone with the same number within 30 days of your service ending. After 30 days, you may lose your number.
