Steps:

  1. Log in to SBI Net Banking: Go to the official SBI website and log in to your net banking account using your username and password.

  3. Select ATM Card Services: Under e-Services, you’ll find various options. Choose “ATM Card Services.”

  4. Choose the Relevant Card: You might see a list of your SBI cards. Select the debit card you want to enable ECOM for.

  5. Manage Card Usage: Look for an option like “Manage Card” or “Card Management” and click on it. Then select “Manage Usage.”

  6. Enable E-commerce Transactions: You should see a toggle or checkbox for “E-commerce Transactions” or “Online Transactions.” Enable it.

  7. Confirm with OTP: An OTP (One-Time Password) will be sent to your registered mobile number. Enter the OTP to confirm the changes.

  8. Activation Complete: Once the OTP is verified, your SBI Debit Card should be activated for ECOM transactions. You can now use it for online shopping and other online payments.

  • Simply send an SMS to 09223966666 in the following format:
    • “SWON ECOM nnnn”
    • Replace “nnnn” with the last four digits of your SBI Debit Card.
