US Bank ReliaCard New Card Activation
There are several ways to activate your new U.S. Bank ReliaCard:
Online:
- Go to the U.S. Bank ReliaCard website: https://www.usbankreliacard.com/card-activation
- Enter your 16-digit card number and follow the on-screen instructions.
Mobile App:
- Download the U.S. Bank ReliaCard mobile app on your smartphone.
- Follow the instructions in the app to activate your card.
Other Methods:
- Call the automated phone system: 800-236-3838
- Visit a U.S. Bank branch: Ask a banker to activate your card for you.
- Make a transaction: Activate your card by making a deposit or withdrawal at a U.S. Bank ATM.

- You may need to create a PIN during the activation process.
