https //no2saltlake.kvs.ac.in Bal Vatika-3 Admission Lottery Notice

All the parents are informed that the offline lottery for Balvatika -3, session 2024-25 will start on 19/04/2024 at 8:30 am which can be seen live on school’s Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/ and also on the school’s official Facebook page kvsaltlake.kolkata.

Parents are requested to submit the following documents:

1) Duly filled Registration Form for Balvatika-III after downloading from Vidyalaya Website (https://no2saltlake.kvs.ac.in/) and printed in A4 Size Paper.

2) Self-attested Copy of the Birth Certificate of the child.

3) Original Latest Service Certificate and Transfer Details particulars showing number of transfers of the parent during preceding 7 years (place of posting- city/ town/ and tenure of posting from & to in dd/mm/yyyy format) duly signed & stamped by the head of the office bearing the name, designation and other relevant particulars as given format of KVS in block letters if applicable.

4) Self-attested Copy of Residence Proof (Latest Gas bill / Ration card/ Electricity bill / Rent Agreement in the name of Parent) .

5) Self-attested copy of Caste certificate of the child (SC/ ST /OBC-CL /OBC-NCL) if applicable.

6) Self-attested Copy of Aadhaar Card of the child.

7) Self-attested copy of blood group report of the child (if available).

8) Self-attested copy of Recent Salary slip of the parent if applicable.

9) Copy of proof of CWSN of the child, if applicable.

10) OBC-NCL Certificate must be in the name of Child

11) Self-declaration form of distance from residence to school for apply under RTE

NOTE:

1) Parents are to note all instructions carefully, submission of all relevant documents while submitting the form is mandatory.

2) Mere registration will not confer a right to admission. Incomplete application forms shall normally be rejected. Admission secured on the basis of any wrong certificate shall be rejected. No appeal shall be entertained. If any information is found to be incorrect or false, or in case proper documentation is not provided, the admission is liable to be rejected.

3) If the category of parent is wrongly filled up then the admission will be cancelled or disqualified.

4) Parents are requested to follow the allotted time slot schedule strictly, delay to report to school or in submission of documents will be treated as cancellation of admission.
