One Healthcare ID delivers a secure, centralized identity management solution that enables a single sign-on to all integrated applications at subroresponse.optum.com. You register for a One Healthcare ID once and use that One Healthcare ID to access all the associated applications seamlessly.

You can access self-service tools to reset your password, recover your One Healthcare ID, and maintain your profile.

How to create a One Healthcare ID with a unique email address

To create your One Healthcare ID select either the link included in an invitation email or the Create One Healthcare ID link on the Sign In page of your provider’s application.

To create a One Healthcare ID account:

Complete the following fields on the Create One Healthcare ID page.

• • First Name – Enter your first name. It is a mandatory field.
  • Last Name – Enter your last name. It is a mandatory field.
  • Year of Birth – Enter your year of birth in YYYY format. For example, 1990. It is a mandatory field.
  • Email Address – Enter your registered email address. It is a mandatory field.
    • Enter a minimum of 6 characters and maximum 50 characters
    • Use at least one letter
    • Do not use spaces
    • Do not use letters with accents
    • Do not use the following symbols: % + ” & [ \ ] ^ ‘ { | } < > # , / ; ( ) : * = ~”Create One Healthcare ID (Username) – Enter your preferred ID. It is a mandatory field. Create your One Healthcare ID by using the following guidelines:
  • Phone Number – Enter your mobile number along with your country code. For example, +1 XXX-XXX-XXXX. It is a mandatory field.

2. Select the Terms of Use and Website Privacy Policy links to read and accept the conditions.

3. Select Continue to receive an email to verify your email address.

4. Check your email for a message containing the activation code and do one of the following to complete your email verification:

• Select the Activate my One Healthcare ID link in the email message.
• Copy the activation code from the email message and paste it in the Enter Activation Code field on the Verify Your Email Address page.

5. Select Continue.

6. Select either Text Message or Call Me to receive an access code to verify your phone number.

7. Enter the access code on the Verify Phone Number page.

8. Select Verify. The message Your Phone number is verified displays.

9. Select Continue. The Setup an Authenticator to Keep Your Account Secure page displays.

10. Complete the steps displayed on this page to setup Microsoft Authenticator for your account.

11. Select Continue. The Authenticator Code page displays.

12. Enter the authenticator code that you can see on the Microsoft Authenticator app of your device.

13. Select Verify & Complete Setup. The system displays a success message.
