How do I activate a 48 SIM?

When you’re activating your 48 SIM card, you’ll have the choice to move your number to 48 straight away. Or you can also choose to move your number at a later time.
How do I unlock my phone?
To start using a 48 SIM card on your current device, you’ll need to make sure your phone is unlocked or SIM free.

Will unlocking affect my warranty?

How to top up a plan
Sign in to My48, go to ‘Buy Plan’ and follow the steps to top up. If you’re using the app, go to the ‘Plans’ section once logged in. If you top up before your current plan expires, your new plan will stack. Meaning your new plan allowance will only activate once current plan ends.
You can also auto-renew each month and never run out of calls or data. This is turned on by default after you buy your first plan. To turn it off, go to ‘My Profile’ and then to ‘Payment Details’.
How to buy credit
If you want to add some additional credit to your account, click here to go to ‘My Profile’ on web, then select ‘Payment Details’. If you’re using the My48 app, navigate to ‘My Profile’, then ‘Payment Details’, and tap ‘Add Credit’.
