If you’ve given an email:
• You’ll be prompted to confirm if the email displayed is accurate. If it’s correct, select “Confirm”.
• We’ll then send you an email with a 4-digit code to confirm that it’s you. To do so, enter the 4-digit code on the screen.
• If you’d like to use a different email, select “Update email” and follow the steps
If we don’t already have your email on file:
• You’ll be prompted for your date of birth and new credit card’s expiry date (mm/yy).
• We’ll also need your email address and mobile phone number.
Step 03
Create a password. The password you create will be used to access your credit card account online. If you use LBCDirect, it won’t impact your existing username or password.
Step 04
Create a new credit card PIN. Avoid using obvious combinations such as “0000” or consecutive numbers such as “1234”, as the system will not accept them.

How can I get a cash advance with my Laurentian Bank credit card?
To obtain a cash advance, you must transfer funds from your credit card account to your bank account on BLC Direct or by making a withdrawal from a GAP.
Please note: Interest will be charged from the day you make the cash advance until the full interest-bearing amount is repaid, unless you have a positive balance.
To transfer funds via BLC Direct :
- Log in to the BLC Direct website .
- Click on the “Transfers” tab.
- Click on “Cash Advance”
- Select the appropriate credit card.
- Select the destination account.
- Enter the amount and expiration date of the credit card.
- Select “Make the transfer”
- Confirm the transaction.
Fund transfers through BLC Direct may take 24 to 48 hours to process. Transactions made before 8:45 p.m. ET will be dated the next business day.
