- Available settings vary based on user type (e.g., Account Owner, Account Manager, Account Member).
1. Open the My Verizon app
2. Tap the Account tab (at the bottom).If prompted, enter your password, fingerprint or Face ID.
3. Tap Bills.
4. Scroll to the bottom then tap Documents & receipts.
5. Tap View orders.
6. Review the order info then tap
7. View details to view delivery info.

2. Tap the Account tab (at the bottom).
3. If prompted, enter your password then tap ‘Sign in’ or ‘Next’.
4. Tap Bills.
5. Scroll to the bottom then tap Documents & receipts.
6. If necessary, tap the date range then select a desired range.
7. Tap the applicable receipt or agreement then tap View PDF for more info.
