To activate your GoHenry child’s card, log into your account on the website gohenrycard.com or mobile app, select ‘Activate’ next to your child’s name and follow the step-by-step instructions. Once you’ve finished the process, your child’s username, password and PIN will be displayed to you on screen!

To activate your child’s card, log into your account on the website or mobile app, select ‘Activate’ next to your child’s name and follow the step-by-step instructions. Once you’ve finished the process, your child’s username, password and PIN will be displayed to you on screen!
The PIN will only appear for 5 seconds, if it disappears too quickly, you can retrieve it at any time by logging into your GoHenry account and selecting ‘Cards’ and then ‘PIN’.
You’ll be asked for the last four digits of the long number on the back of the card during activation, so make sure you’ve got it handy!

How does my child retrieve their card PIN number?
Your child can retrieve their card PIN themselves either on the app or on the website.
1. Log in to their GoHenry account
2. Click the Card icon
3. Click ‘PIN’ and enter their GoHenry password
4. Their PIN will be revealed on screen for approximately 5 seconds
If your child needs to see the PIN again, they’ll just need to re-enter their password and the PIN will re-appear. If your child does not have access to their account, the parent can also retrieve the PIN. To do so, please follow these instructions:
On the app and the website:
1. Log in to your GoHenry parent account
2. Click on your child’s name
3. Click the Card icon
4. Click ‘PIN’ and enter your GoHenry password
5. Their PIN will be revealed on screen for approximately 5 seconds
As with the child account, if you need to view the PIN again, please enter your password again and the PIN will re-appear.
