To activate your Canes Gift Card, login into www.raisingcanes.com or on the Raising Cane’s Mobile App, simply enter the eGift card number and PIN and click on Activate Gift Card.
An eGift card is an electronic, as opposed to a traditional plastic gift card, that can be purchased from raisingcanes.com and redeemed through Raising Cane’s online ordering site, Raising Cane’s Mobile App, or at any participating Raising Cane’s location.
Raising Cane’s gift cards do not expire. eGift cards and physical gift cards do not have any fees. However, additional charges may be applicable for shipping of physical gift cards.
Raising Cane’s gift cards must be loaded with a minimum value of $5 and maximum value of $150 per card.
Yes, if you need to change or cancel your gift card order, please reach out (866) 273-0234 for support. Changes will only be accepted for orders within the last 15 days. Gift cards must be unused.

Then go online to www.raisingcanes.com/caniac-club to combine your new card to your existing account and continue receiving the benefits of being a member of the Caniac Club. Here are the exact procedures to follow:
- Visit a participating Raising Cane’s and ask Crewmember to activate a new Caniac Club card.
- Go to RaisingCanes.com.
- Click Caniac Club > Log In To Your Account.
- Click “Add Card” button.
- Enter your new card number.
- Click “Submit” to confirm you would like to merge new card to account.
- Continue enjoying the benefits of Caniac Club with you new card!.

How do I use my eGift card?
Once you have received an email with your eGift card, you can view your eGift Card by clicking the ‘View your eGift Card’ button. You will be taken to a page with your eGift card number and PIN. To use your eGift card at a Raising Cane’s Restaurant, either show the QR Code on your mobile device or a printed version of the gift card page.

How can I check the balance of my eGift card or physical gift card?
