Log in to your personalized MyBenefits portal at Paramount.nations benefits.com or call 877-204-1721 (TTY: 711). Enter the 16 digit card number and expiration date of your Benefits Mastercard® Prepaid Card.
Our over-the-counter (OTC) benefit is in partnership with NationsOTC®. Our benefit offers you an easy way to shop for a variety of brand-name and generic health and wellness products. You will have more than 600 products to shop from. We offer members a number of ways to shop and order your items:
- Online. Visit Paramount.NationsBenefits.com.
- By phone.
- By mail.
- In store. Shop at one of our 2,700 contracted retailers nationwide.
Members will receive their OTC catalog in the mail and can download a digital copy here or by logging in to their personalized online profile through NationsOTC.
As a member, you will have access to a personalized benefit portal, which allows you to search, see, view, order and track items. In addition, you can build a profile that will recommend items to fit your health and wellness needs.
You will have a $100 benefit to use every quarter.
What is the over-the-counter (OTC) benefit?
As a valued member, you have access to a variety of brand-name and generic health and wellness products with your OTC benefit through NationsOTC. Your benefit allowance can be used to order the items you need while saving you time and money. You can order from a list of approved OTC items on Paramount.NationsBenefits.com, by app, phone, mail, and retail.
NationsOTC will ship your order directly to your home address. You will have access to over 600 products that include vitamins and dietary, support and braces, smoking cessation, skin care, therapy and exercise, pain relief, incontinence, home health care, diagnostics, foot care, first aid, eye and ear, digestive, diabetes, dental acre, and cold and flu.
Paramount.nations benefits.com Activate Card :
Once you receive and activate your card, you can start using it online through the MyBenefits portal and the MyBenefits app and/or in person at a participating retail location near you. When at a retail location, simply swipe your card for payment.
1. Log in to your personalized MyBenefits portal at Paramount.nations benefits.com or call 877-204-1721 (TTY: 711)
2. Enter the 16 digit card number and expiration date of your Benefits Mastercard® Prepaid Card.
3. Your 12-digit member ID contains 2 letters and 10 numbers.
4. Enter your Date of Birth and Last Name provided to your health plan during enrollment.
5. Click on Activate Card Button to activate your card.
How often can I use my OTC benefit?
OTC allowance expires at the end of each calendar quarter.
- Quarter 1 Expires March 31
- Quarter 2 Expires June 30
- Quarter 3 Expires September 30
- Quarter 4 Expires December 31
Members must place online and mail orders no later than the 20th of each month.
Can I order more than my benefit amount?
Your order or purchase cannot go over your benefit limit for the quarter.
Once you have used your quarterly allowance, you can use cash or credit card in retail locations or use your credit card on your member portal for added convenience. You will not be reimbursed by Paramount Elite Medicare for orders placed outside of your OTC benefit allowance.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are delivered in two days. As a reminder, your order will be shipped to your home address.
Is there a return policy?
You can cancel an order prior to shipping and an hour after an order has been placed. However, products cannot be returned.
In the event an order is returned as undeliverable and unopened, NationsOTC will restock the product and reverse the order from the system. NationsOTC will not charge a restocking fee. NationsOTC will attempt to contact the member if an order was returned as undeliverable.
