How do I set up or sign in to My Account?
To sign in to My Account from a computer:
- Open a web browser on your computer.
- Go to http://www.totalbyverizon.com/login.
- Enter your email address, phone number, or serial number. Then, select “Continue.”
- Enter your 4-digit security PIN. Then, select “Submit.”

- Note: If you need assistance setting up a security PIN, select “CLICK TO CHAT NOW.”
- If you do not have an account and need to create one, enter your information. Then, select “Update Account.”
- The “Account Summary” page will be displayed. Select “See Balance.”

If prompted, agree to the Terms and Conditions by selecting “I accept the data balance terms and conditions.” Then, select “Continue.”
How do I enroll in Auto-Refill or update my Auto-Refill billing information?
