For Xfinity customers, you can link your Xfinity account to your Peacock account two different ways.
You can link your account through the Peacock application on your X1 or Flex device. Just launch the Peacock application on your device, then either create your brand-new Peacock account or log in to a pre-existing Peacock account to link your Xfinity account.
Once you have registered your account on your set top box, you’ll receive a registration email to set your password. If you can’t find the email or forget your password, please visit peacocktv.com/account and select ‘I Don’t Know My Password’ to complete your account.
The other way is by visiting your account online at PeacockTV.com/account. Once you log in, scroll down to the Link Provider section. You can then use your Xfinity credentials to link your account to your Peacock subscription.
How to Sign into Peacock with Cox?

If you’ve already followed the steps to create your new Peacock account, and you added a password, you can now sign in with that email and password on all supported devices. If you never set your password, or don’t remember it, visit peacocktv.com/account and select ‘I Don’t Know My Password’ to reset it now.
Eligible Cox customers who have not yet created a Peacock account can visit peacocktv.com/cox or say “Peacock” into their voice remote or search for Peacock on their receiver. Customers who create a linked Peacock account on the web have immediate access to login on all supported devices.
For customers who create a Peacock account on the receiver, you’ll receive a registration email to set your password. If you can’t find the email or forget your password, please visit peacocktv.com/account and select ‘I Don’t Know My Password.’ Setting a password will allow you to watch on all your supported devices in addition to your receiver.
How can I locate my Peacock login details if I’ve forgotten them?
We’ve all been there.
First things first: do you know the email address on your Peacock account, and can you access that email account? It’s quite possible that the email address you’ve used for Peacock may be different than the one you normally use.
If you know the email address for your Peacock account, all you need to do is reset your password and you’re good to go. If you do not know the email address, try the steps below.
If you are signed in on your device, you will be able to locate this by navigating to your account in the application. Your email address is in the bottom left hand corner.
If you are not signed in, try checking all your email accounts, including any spam or junk folders, for emails from Peacock. If you find any, it’s likely your account is associated with that email address.

How do I redeem my Premium access as an XClass TV customer?
After you have activated your XClass TV, you can link your account through the Peacock application on your XClass TV. Just launch the Peacock application on your device, then either create your brand-new Peacock account or log in to an eligible pre-existing Peacock account to activate the offer.
Once you have created a new Peacock account on your XClass TV, you’ll receive a registration email to set your Peacock password. If you can’t find the email or don’t know your existing password, please visit peacocktv.com/forgot to set your password and complete your account.
How do I link my Xfinity account if I am already signed up for Peacock?
You can link your Xfinity account to your Peacock account two different ways.
The first is through the Peacock application on your X1 or Flex device. Just launch the Peacock application on your device, then log in with your Peacock credentials to link your account.
The second is through your account at PeacockTV.com/account. Once you log in, scroll down to the Link Provider section. You can then use your Xfinity credentials to link your account to your Peacock account.
If I’m an eligible Spectrum customer, how do I watch Peacock Premium?
If you’re an eligible Spectrum customer, visit peacocktv.com/spectrum to create a Peacock account. Then use your Spectrum username and password to link your Spectrum account to your Peacock account. Once you have activated Premium access, you can watch Peacock Premium on any of our supported devices.
