Spectrum Outages Near Me : Make Sure You’re Getting Spectrum Outage Alerts
Enable push notifications from the My Spectrum App to alert you when there’s news about an outage in your area.
To enable push notifications:
- Open the My Spectrum App and sign in.
- Tapย Accountย >ย Set Notificationsย >ย Manage Push Notifications.
- Tap the toggle button next toย Outagesย to turn push notifications on.
To manage your service notifications settings:
- Sign in. Youโll be taken to theย Notificationsย sub-tab withinย Settings.
- Selectย Manageย under Service Notifications.
- Use the drop-down menus to update your settings, then selectย Save.
