MTN DEW® AND MTN DEW® GAME FUEL® LET YOU UNLOCK DUAL 2XP AND IN-GAME COSMETICS FOR CALL OF DUTY®: MODERN WARFARE® II.

Bank codes beginning October 17, 2022. Dual 2xp is available for use in-game beginning October 28, 2022 and cod points are available for use in-game beginning November 16, 2022. Limit 1 hr of each dual 2xp token per day, 40 hrs per token total and max 1200 cod points per user. Applies to all dual 2xp redemptions for call of duty®: modern warfare® ii and call of duty®: warzone™ 2.0.

ELIGIBILITY: 

This Promotion is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States who are at least seventeen (17) years old at the time of entry (“Participant”). Employees of Sponsor, Administrator, Activision Publishing, Inc., and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, “Promotion Entities”) and each of their immediate family members (e.g., spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses and the “steps” of each, regardless of where they reside) and persons living in the same household of each, whether or not related, are not eligible to participate.

Participation constitutes Participant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Promotion Rules and Sponsor’s decisions and interpretations, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. For purposes of the Promotion, a Participant’s residential zip code and e-mail address will be the zip code and e-mail address submitted at the time of registration.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE: 

During the Promotion Period, an eligible Participant may purchase participating products in-store or online including at mtndewgaming.com, while supplies last, (each a “Qualifying Purchase”) and locate the code (each a “Code”).

Participating Dual 2XP Products include: 20 oz, 12pk and 24 pk of MTN DEW®, MTN DEW® Zero Sugar, DIET MTN DEW®, 20 oz and 12pk of MTN DEW® CODE RED® and 12 pk of MTN DEW® GAME FUEL® (Only available on gf.com and Amazon).

Participating COD Points Products include: 12pk and 24 pk of MTN DEW®, MTN DEW® Zero Sugar, DIET MTN DEW®, 12pk of MTN DEW® CODE RED®.

Not all brands and package sizes may participate or be available in all areas. Participant must then visit www.mtndewgaming.com/ (the “Website”) and follow the on-screen instructions to register for the Promotion. Participant must use their valid e-mail address along with a complete valid name (no initials), zip code, password, date of birth, and phone number to set up their free Promotion account. Every Participant will be required to register on the Website.

Participants will also have to sign in with their Activision account and can also access their Activision account by signing in with their PlayStation account, Xbox Live account, Battle.net account, or Steam account, or create an Activision account if they do not already have one (collectively, “Account”). In order for a Participant to redeem their Dual 2XP, COD Points or in-game rewards, they may also need to be a PlayStation PS Plus or Xbox Live Gold account Member in good standing. PlayStation Plus and Xbox Live Gold memberships are paid subscriptions, sold separately.

The Offers are only available for Participants who make a purchase and enter a valid Code as outlined above based on their specific Qualifying Purchase and Code. Upon entering a valid Code and upon verification, Participant will unlock Dual 2XP and/or COD Points based on the corresponding package size.

All Codes need to be entered by the end of the Promotion Period, March 28, 2023 at 11:59:59 PM ET. After that time, they will no longer function and any unentered Codes will be void. In addition, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to distribute Codes at various times throughout the Promotion Period through additional means which may include, but not be limited to, the following:

(a) on game cards distributed at select sampling sites and events,

(b) by e-mail to online subscribers of DEWsletter (subject to the terms and limitations set forth in such e-mail);

(c) by text message to consumers who have opted to receive information about Pepsi or Mountain Dew promotions via text message; and,

(d) through retailer specific or eCommerce promotions.

If any part of any game piece or Code is counterfeited, or if the game piece or Code comes from other games or promotions, or if any part is illegible, mutilated, incomplete or tampered with in any way, or if it contains or reflects printing, typographical, mechanical or other errors, the game piece or Code, as applicable, will be rejected and will be deemed void and invalid.

HOW DUAL 2XP WORKS:

Dual 2XP, unlocks tokens for both 2XP and Weapon 2XP. Dual 2XP is valid in full game multiplayer mode in Call of Duty®: Modern Warfare® II and Call of Duty®: Warzone™ 2.0; use in other modes may be restricted. Internet connection required. Game sold/downloaded separately. Online multiplayer subscription may be required, sold separately.

You can use your Dual 2XP in Call of Duty®: Modern Warfare® II and/or Call of Duty®: Warzone™ 2.0beginning October 28, 2022.

HOW COD POINTS WORKS:

COD Points are the in-game currency used to obtain new in-game content.

COD Points are valid in full game multiplayer mode in Call of Duty®: Modern Warfare® II and Call of Duty®: Warzone™ 2.0 and will be available for use in-game beginning November 16, 2022; use in other modes may be restricted.

IN-GAME REWARDS:

During the Promotion Period, Participant’s may also earn the following rewards:

• • MTN DEW Operator Skin for Call of Duty®: Modern Warfare® II and/or Call of Duty®: Warzone™ 2.0, unlocked with the 1st MTN DEW Code redemption, and available for use in-game starting October 28, 2022.
  • CIRCLE K PLAYER CARD IN-GAME REWARD: Beginning November 2, 2022 and ending December 31, 2022, Participants may visit participating Circle K stores and purchase one (1) 20 oz. Mtn Dew (any flavor) in the same transaction. At the time of purchase, the Participant will be automatically notified that they are eligible to receive a unique Circle K Code that unlocks the in-game reward.
    • • Participants must have a mobile device to participate in the offer. Message and Data rates may apply.
      • Participants who enter their mobile phone number to participate in the offer will opt in to receiving text messages from Circle K not Sponsor.
      • Participants will then receive a text message with a unique Circle K Code and a link which will take consumers to CircleKCallOfDuty.com.
      • Once the Participant clicks on “Enter Circle K Code”, they will be prompted to log in to their Activision account or register to create a new account. In order to assign the code to an Activision account, the Activision account holder must purchase and/or download (as applicable) Call of Duty®: Modern Warfare® II (2022) or Call of Duty®: Warzone™ 2.0
      • Once logged in, Participant will be able to enter their Circle K Code and will automatically have their in-game reward applied to their Activision account.

    MTN DEW CIRCLE K Player Card In-Game Reward for Call of Duty®: Modern Warfare® II and/or Call of Duty®: WarzoneTM 2.0, unlocked with the 1st MTN DEW CIRCLE K Code redemption, and available for use in-game starting November 2, 2022.

    • Participant must also have an existing account associated with either Xbox LIVE Gold or PlayStation® Plus or Battle.net or Steam (including paid subscription, if necessary and sold separately). Participant’s account must be linked to their Activision account before they can redeem the Circle K Code.
    • Reward can be accessed from a user’s Call of Duty dashboard.

CODES/ACCOUNT LIMITS:

Except for the MTN DEW/CIRCLE K Player Card Codes (which must be entered by 12/31/2022), all Codes must be entered by March 28, 2023 at 11:59:59 PM ET. Codes and/or Accounts cannot be sold, traded, bartered, assigned, or transferred to or shared with a third party, auctioned through an online auction site, or otherwise or obtained through any source other than from one of the methods mentioned above. Codes may be null and void if not obtained through authorized, legitimate channels.

Each Code may only be used one (1) time and subsequent attempts to re-submit or re-use the same Code will be void. Dual 2XP will be automatically applied to Participant’s Activision account upon successful Code entry and verification.

In order to assign Dual 2XP and/or COD Points to an Online ID, Gamer Tag, or Battle Tag the account holder must purchase and/or download (as applicable) Call of Duty®: Modern Warfare® II or Call of Duty®: WarzoneTM 2.0 and log into Battle.net, PlayStation Network, Xbox Live, or Steam and link their respective Online ID, Gamer Tag, or Battle Tag to their Activision account.
