To join a class in Socrative, go to www.socrative.com and click on Login to sign as a student. Enter the room name and click Join to login. As students join the teacher’s room, they’ll be able to participate in all of the activities that are launched until they log out.

Student Login (Public Room)
Go to https://socrative.com/ and click on Login to sign as a student. Students don’t need to create an account so they can connect to teachers quickly.
Students will need to enter the room name provided by the teacher. Enter the room name and click Join to login.
As students join the teacher’s room, they’ll be able to participate in all of the activities that are launched until they log out. If there’s no activity running, the message below will be shown:
Student Login (Private Room)
Go to https://socrative.com/ and click on Login to sign as a student. Students don’t need to create an account so they can connect to teachers quickly.
Students will need to enter the room name provided by the teacher. Enter the room name and click Join to login.
If the room is private, students will be required to enter their Student ID before clicking Submit. The IDs are created and provided by the teacher; if the Student ID doesn’t match one assigned to a student in the particular room’s roster, they will be unable to log in.
As students join the teacher’s room, they’ll be able to participate in all of the activities that are launched until they log out. If there’s no activity running, the message below will be shown:
Activating a PRO License Key
This article goes over how to activate a Socrative Pro license key. If you currently have Socrative Basic, this will upgrade your account to Pro. If you already have Pro, you can use the key to extend your current subscription.
To activate the license key, login to Socrative through the Socrative Website or App and click on your name at the top right corner and go to Profile.
In the Account header, you can view your account details. If you already have Pro, click on the Renew License button. If you’re using the Basic version of Socrative, click on Upgrade.
If you’re using the Basic version of Socrative, click on Upgrade.
The link will expand into a new menu. Click on Enter License Key:
A new menu will show up to allow you to enter your license key:
Enter your license key and click Activate. Your account will be immediately upgraded to Pro.
