GET STARTED WITH 3 EASY STEPS!
1. Search & downnload LifeInCheck™ EBT from the App Store (or) scan the below QR code.
2. What you need to register:
- Date of birth
- EBT card number
- Social security number
- Email address
- Phone number
3. Select security questions, create a password & select a PIN (unless you already have one).

To register, you will need your EBT card and personal information. If you have already registered through LifeInCheckEBT.com, then you are ready to use the app – simply enter in your existing username and password after downloading.
Before you can use your card to get your benefits for the first time, you must activate your card. You can do this by calling the customer service help line at 1-888-997-1117.
How To Use Your Purchase Card
1) Insert or swipe your card.
2) Choose “English” or “Spanish”.
3) Enter your Personal Identification Number (PIN) and press the “OK” or “Enter” key.
4) Select the key marked “Withdraw Cash” and then select “Checking”.
5) Enter the amount you’d like in whole dollar amounts (for example, $20, $40, $60, etc.).
6) Some machines only give cash in certain amounts, like $5, $10 or $20 bills.
7) Take your card, your receipt and your cash.
8) Count your cash and compare it to your receipt.
9) Keep your receipt so you will know your balance the next time you need cash.
