Does FOX NOW support Apple TV Single Sign-On?

Yes, FOX NOW supports single sign-on for participating TV providers on Apple TV devices (4th generation or later). If you have already signed-in to another app with your TV provider login credentials, you may automatically sign in to FOX NOW using the same single sign-on login credentials.

Though you only need to enter your credentials once, you must grant each app, including FOX NOW, permission to access your TV provider account. If FOX NOW is the first app with which you sign-in using your TV provider credentials, you may use the same credentials to automatically sign in to other apps supported by Apple & participating TV providers offering single sign-on.

You can sign-in with only one TV provider at a time on Apple TV devices (4th-generation or later). Here’s how:

1. Make sure that you have tvOS 10 or later.
2. Within Apple TV, go to Settings > Accounts > TV Provider.
3. Select your TV provider and sign-in with your TV provider account information
4. Once the sign-in process is complete, you will have access to supported video apps included in your TV provider subscription.

Signing into FOX NOW on Connected Devices

FOX NOW has made it easier to sign up and sign into your account on connected devices. You can create an account or sign into an existing account on a web browser, the FOX NOW app, or using the remote.

To sign in with a web browser:

1. Click Sign In or Create your Account.
2. Click Web Browser
3. Either go to activate.fox.com and enter the displayed Activation Code or use your smartphone camera to read the QR code shown.
4. When creating a profile, after entering the activation code, the Create Your Account screen will be displayed.
5. When signing in to your profile, after entering the activation code, the Sign Into Your Account screen will be displayed.

Note: The activation site also knows if you are currently signed in with the TV provider for seamless entertainment. If you haven’t already logged in with the TV provider, you will be able to do so right from the activation screen.

To sign in with a mobile device:

1. Click Sign In or Create your Account. 
2. Click Mobile App.
3. Download or open the FOX NOW app on your mobile device. (Note: Make sure your mobile device and TV are connected to the same WiFi network.)
4. If you have an account you will be given messaging that says ‘Tap to Sign in to your FOX NOW TV app’.
5. If you do not have an account you will be given messaging that says ‘Tap to Create your Account’.
6. Sign in to an existing account or create an account in the app, and you can begin to enjoy programming.

How do I cancel my FOX Nation streaming service?

Cancellation steps will differ if FOX Nation was purchased on the FOX Nation website versus purchasing FOX Nation via one of the app stores.

3. Once you are in the My Account screen, select Cancel Plan.
