You can link your mobile device at https://m.youtube.com to your Smart TV or streaming device using a code so you can watch YouTube on your TV when you’re not connected to Wi-Fi.
Open the YouTube app on your Smart TV or streaming device

Scroll to Link with TV code. A blue TV code will show on your TV

Remove devices linked with a code

Go to Settings .
Select Linked devices.
Remove any linked devices individually or select Unlink all devices to unlink all devices at once.
Unlink using your phone or tablet
Open the YouTube app on your phone or tablet.
Select your profile picture .
Tap Settings.
Select Watch on TV.
Select Delete Devices.
Tap DELETE to remove the linked Smart TV or streaming device.
How to activate YouTube on Apple TV through www.youtube.com/activate
Navigate to sign in and settings on the YouTube app.
User will be able to see an 8-digit code on the screen after this. Note down the code for later use.
Open www.youtube.com/activate on your Mac, PC or a mobile device for activating YouTube.
Provide the Google account credentials to proceed with the system. There may also be a confirmation page that requests information sharing
Enter youtube activation code that you see in the Apple TV login interface.
Click on Allow Access to allow the sign-in process for youtube.com/activate.
