How do I register and Login for Sky Go? Which devices can I watch Sky Go on?
If you’re an existing Sky customer, registration is simple!
You will need to be the Account Holder, and have access to your Sky account details, such as your Smartcard number.
Simply head to account.sky.co.nz and select ‘Register’ on the pop-up box.
Once you have registered and linked your Sky account, you’ll then gain access to a host of world-class Sports, TV Shows, and Movies On Demand, as well as the ability to take Sky with you wherever you go!
With a subset of channels available live on your device, never miss a moment and stay up with the play while you’re out and about.

How quickly can I watch Sky Go after I Register?
As soon as you register your email address and link your account, you should be able to start watching Sky Go content right away! Sometimes, it may take a few minutes for the systems to sync up, so if you aren’t able to watch something right away, please try again in a few minutes.
If it’s been over an hour since you linked your account, there may be an issue – please reach out to us via the Feedback Form.
Does it cost me anything to register for Sky Go?
If you’re already a Sky customer, Sky Go won’t cost you a thing!
The application is free to download from both Google Play and Apple AppStore, and once you register and link your account, the same subscriptions which you already have will also be available to you on Sky Go – please note, due to our usage rights, not all content which is available on Satellite will be available on Sky Go.
Who can register for Sky Go?
All existing Sky Domestic customers with a minimum subscription to the Starter package can use Sky Go. Once you have registered for “My Account” and linked your Sky details, you’ll have access to much of the same great content as your Satellite subscription.
What if I don’t have Sky?
If you don’t currently have a Sky account, you can still use Sky Go to watch Prime TV content, including some great locally produced shows and documentaries.

Casting to Big Screens
HDMI – We currently offer casting to big screens via Chromecast from our Android and iOS apps.
Chromecast is supported via Chromecast 3 or Chromecast Ultra.
Airplay functionality to Apple TV devices for iOS users is now available.
Can I use an HDMI cable to watch on my TV?
No, unfortunately our Content Rights prevent us from being able to offer this option to our customers.
