Job Description
1. To create new training programs in LMS and guide team on how to use / update LMS for new trainings.
2. On-boarding of new LMS systems and other training related software
3. SPOC for LMS related issues and for liaising with LMS vendor.
4. Liaise with vendor and IT team for LMS new requirements and to improve existing LMS.
5. Ensure that LS team update on LMS workflows.
6. Responsible for set-up and functioning of DMS as per training requirement.
7. SPOC for INFORM (AOCS rostering software implementation), HONO (Agile TMS implementation) and all other system related requirement for classroom training planning and management.
8. Responsible for Vendor management and do SAP transaction for ifly.
9. Liaise with OCC, AOCS and other departments for their requirements on LMS.
10. Responsible for vendor assessment and evaluation as per ifly IT requirements and participate in finalizing ifly contract with vendors.
